The word midwife means "with woman". Our midwives care for healthy low-risk women. Certified Nurse Midwives take care of women who are low-risk and have no history of serious medical or surgical problems.

We are interested in caring for women who are invested in their own health and their pregnancy.

We walk with women who are living active, healthy lifestyles and are motivated to eat nutritious foods, drink water, move their bodies daily, sleep adequately, and practice mindfulness to have a healthy pregnancy and birth.

We attend births at Banner Estrella Medical Center.

It is our goal to give you the tools, resources, and support to have a healthy low risk pregnancy, to reduce risk factors in pregnancy, and support physiologic childbirth.

Birth is a transformative journey we only get to experience a handful of times in our lives.
